Good spot on the River

Camped here for a few nights February. It's right on the river. While I think you're supposed to pay to camp here, no one came around to check or collect payment.

sites have picnic table and grill and fire pits. short drive to the wildlife refuge for bird watching. Lots of birds!

Great open space by Colorado River

It was great when I got there, they have covered tables with parking beside them, they have spots to park along side the banks, they have a small swimming beach like area. The only drawback from when I was there is extremely windy.
