Respect the privelage. Cautious Allowance if rig is not broken down and have membership

Private Property & Permission Remember that this is a private lot, not a public rest stop. Policy varies significantly by location and local city ordinances. 2. Always Ask First Never just pull in and shut the lights. Your first move should be heading to the membership desk or finding a floor manager to ask for permission. A quick "hello" prevents a midnight knock from security. 3. Membership Matters This isn't a free-for-all; show some loyalty. They tend to give preference to members, and as a Costco Executive Member, it doesn't hurt to mention your status. It shows you’re a vested stakeholder in their business, not just a passerby. 4. No Cars or Vans This location is strictly for proper rigs. No cars or stealth vans allowed. If you aren't in a self-contained unit, keep moving. 5. Shop Where You Sleep Don't be a mooch—buy something. Use the opportunity to stock up on bulk supplies, grab a cheap rotisserie chicken, or fill up the tank at their gas station. It’s the best way to say "thank you" for the spot. 6. Excellent Location This is a very nice location: well-lit, paved, and usually feels much safer than a dark highway turnout. 7. Protect the Privilege Don't be the person who ruins this for everyone. Follow the "no-trace" rule: no slides out, no jacks down, and definitely no grills or lawn chairs. Keep a low profile so we don't lose these privileges. 8. Class Only Keep it tidy. This isn't the place for ragamuffin rigs or junkers. If your setup looks like a project in progress, find a more remote boondocking spot. Keep it professional and clean.
