All sites are 54' long pull throughs with 30 amp, some sites have 50amp electric.  Sites 1-6 and 14-20 have 50 amp in addition to 30 amp.  All sites are in a straight row along the Hocking River(the sites are all the same with a few trees on each, site 15 is closest to the shower house).  You will be able to watch all the people in canoes going down the Hocking River.  The Canoe Livery is a 1/4 mile down the road.  You are 11 miles North of Old Man's Cave and 8 miles to the Cantwell Cliffs Trail.  You are 2 miles to Lake Logan for fishing, swimming and Pontoon Boat rental.  You are 15 minutes to zip lining and the Kroger is a mile down the road.  We have 2 water spigots to fill up tanks, one dump station and one unheated shower house.  There is a picnic pavilion in the campground in between sites 13 and 14.  We only allow people to stay in the campground for 10 days out of the month, no long term campers.  There is no smoking or drinking outside of trailers.  Campground is owned by the Nazarene church.  Quiet time is at 11pm.  Fire pits are located close to the river for each site due to fire warden regulation, bring chairs for fire pit.  There are picnic tables on each site.  We are pet friendly and you need to curb your pet.  Check in is Noon and check out is Noon.

Tree Haven is a clean, quiet, family campground located in Westerville, Ohio just northeast of Columbus. Located away from busy highways and set back in the woods, its the ideal place for you to come spend time with friends and family and get in some good ole' rest and relaxation.

Columbus is home to the Columbus Clippers AAA baseball team, Columbus Blue Jackets hockey, COSI science center, The Ohio State Fair and expo center with many events throughout the year. It is also home to the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, named #1 zoo in America by USA Travel Guide. And of course, The Ohio State University, home of the Buckeyes! These are just to name a few. Columbus and the surrounding area are home to many other exciting destinations.

Even though we are secluded, we are still centrally located, within 20 minutes (or even closer) of many restaurants, shopping, fuel, and anything else you may need.

Buckeye Lake-Columbus East KOA

This trailhead is part of the Stone Church Horse Trail System. Named for the skeletal ruins of an old stone church nearby, the Stone Church Horse Trail System provides a great opportunity for scenic riding on 21 miles of trails. Various loops for other distances are available. The horse trail winds through the rolling hills of the Wayne National Forest. The trails will lead you through a variety of vegetation: open fields, brushland, mature forest, and new forest. Along the way, you may glimpse wildlife, and will recognize the influence of humans, both now and in the past. You will also pass many of our land management activities.

The horse camp has ten sites are provided at the campground, each with a 45' long by 15' wide parking space. Two sites are fully accessible for people with disabilities. Each site has a covered paddock, fire pit, grill, and tent pad.
