Spruce Creek Road (FR 800.1) Dispersed — White River NF

Description

High in the White River National Forest above the Blue River valley, Spruce Creek Road (FR 800.1) climbs into subalpine terrain near Mount Helen, offering undeveloped pull-offs along a narrow, rocky forest road with no designated sites. The road is rough and rutted past the trailhead parking area and demands 4WD and high clearance — winter access is limited to dry-ground conditions, and the route can be snow-packed and icy into early season. A pit toilet sits at the trailhead below; no fire rings are present along the corridor.
