White Rock Campground operates as a free Forest Service site within Shasta-Trinity National Forest, though it currently remains closed to camping. Drive-in access leads to sites equipped with picnic tables, and the no-pets policy restricts animal companions. The USDA Forest Service manages this established campground near Lower Lake, where campers exploring the region can find sites around Lower Lake when this location reopens. Check current status before planning visits to this Platina-area spot.
