Campers find well-spaced sites that provide privacy, with most offering level ground and several positioned directly along the creek. The rough access road requires careful driving but leads to what Camp With Me describes as "a nice, secluded National Forest campground."
Each site includes standard amenities: picnic table, fire ring with grill, waste receptacle, and lantern hook. Bear-proof trash cages appear throughout the campground, and vault toilets serve each loop. Four trailheads originate from the campground, offering immediate access to hiking. The Williams River provides trout fishing opportunities, while Tea Creek adds to the water access that draws many visitors back repeatedly.
Cell service does not reach this location. Camping costs $10 per night, with discounts available for pass holders. The area around the campground offers additional camping destinations around Monongahela National Forest for those exploring the region's network of Forest Service sites.
