There are 3 different camping areas: Peninsula North, South, and West. We stayed at Peninsula North. All three sites are dispersed, so no water and minimum amenities. It was a beautiful spot right up the hill from the water. The bathrooms were all closed when we got there (not sure why, under-staffing maybe), so there was toilet paper everywhere. There was also a decent bit of trash, which is always frustrating to see. Overall it was a beautiful and free place to spend Labor day weekend when everything else was very crowded.
