Description
Deep in the high-elevation lodgepole pine country of the Wasatch National Forest, this dispersed area sits just off NF 83111-A within a short walk of Shoestring Lake. Informal fire rings mark the clearings, but there are no dedicated sites — it's quiet, low-traffic, and well removed from the nearby developed campgrounds to the northwest. The access track is narrow with encroaching trees, making it well-suited to vans and car campers; high-clearance is helpful but four-wheel drive is not required.
