Earl West Cove Campsite

Earl West Cove Campsite sits along Alaska's Inside Passage, managed by the USDA Forest Service approximately seven miles south of Wrangell. The established campground provides access to coastal waters and forested terrain typical of Southeast Alaska. Campers can reach nearby Tongass National Forest Lower Salamander Creek Campground less than three miles southwest for additional options. The site serves as a base for exploring the region's fjords and old-growth forests, though campers should prepare for frequent rain and pack appropriate gear for wet conditions.
