The Best Camping Near Belton, Texas

During our brief but enjoyable stay, we appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff members, Riley and Thomas, who were not only welcoming but also well-informed about the amenities and services. We took full advantage of the facilities, including swimming, doing laundry, playing board games, and using the private bathrooms. The exercise room was particularly impressive, and the spacious and clean lots added to the overall positive experience. I forgot to mention that there is even a convenience store that's open from 10-6.


An amazing Resort

Normally we try to stay at a full service campground after several nights of boondocking. This was where we chose to stay on our way to South TX to fully charge batteries (no sun for several days) and use showers. 
We booked the site online (very easy). Campground staff provided very good communication with arrival
Instructions, so we went straight to the site. Campground is paved, sites are spacious and level, and shower/bathroom facilities are some of the nicest we’ve seen. We didn’t use the pool but would’ve had we stayed longer. 
The sites are much closer together than we prefer, however most of the campers were in RVs or large 5th Wheels so that’s what this site caters to It seems.  We did hear traffic noise from I35 however, but I don’t think many people here spend much time out of their campers this time of year so that wouldn’t be an issue. 
We don’t have pets, but there are pet areas around the campground that the guests used frequently.
