Siskiyou National Forest Illahe Campground, managed by the US Forest Service within Siskiyou National Forest, appears to be closed as of at least 2021. No signs remain on site. A visitor reported finding an abandoned billboard, an unused pay tube, and a restroom building overtaken by briars. GPS routing may suggest a connecting road to Foster Bar Campground, but that route crosses private property. Campers planning a trip to this area should verify current status with the Forest Service before making the drive, and consider camping near Agness as a fallback.
