Lone Rock Campground

Solo RTT camping

We arrived on a Tuesday and we’re the only people in the campground.

The sites next to the river were perfect, and each had their own fire rings.

T-Mobile - zero service Water- shut off on sept. 28th for winter. Fees drop from $22 to $20 after sept. 28th regardless of what the sign says. Firewood- available from camp host for a small fee per bundle. Toilets- long drops, no sink, no lighting. Trash- large dumpster available.

Even though we were the only people staying overnight in the campsite the campground sees a lot of fisherman parking in the site to access the river. Easily 30 people within a 1 mile stretch of river on a weekday in October! Can’t imagine what weekends look like.

We stayed at site number 7 and it had a boxed in leveled tent site. Select sites have them, others it’s semi flat ground.
