Alcohol permitted, 420 friendly, everyone minds their own business. 30 minutes from Bankhead National Forest, 30 min from TVA Bear Creek Lakes, 10 min away from Little Texas swimming hole on the New River. 10 min from Hospital/ ER services, Walmart, restaurants, downtown, 10 min from the I-22 corridor.
