    Spring Branch, Texas

Guadalupe River RV Park is located just three miles West of US Hwy 281 or just 7 miles North of Texas Hwy 46 (24.5 miles Northwest of New Braunfels Texas) on Spring Branch Road on the crown jewel of the Hill Country, the beautiful Guadalupe River. Welcome to the Beautiful Texas Hill Country. We have created a family oriented RV park and campgrounds that we hope to further develop to become a resort that you will want to return to year after year. Within the park there is seven-tenths of a mile of Guadalupe River frontage. One man made access point that is a stone stairway down to the river. All other access points are natural.

The Texas-sized RV spaces are some of the largest in the industry with 97' pull-thus that are 39 feet wide totaling over 3,500 square feet of space! There are also some smaller RV sites for the more compact units. Spacious tile restrooms and showers are located within close proximity to the tent camping area and the RV sites. Long and short term guests are welcome, and whether you are on your own or have a large group, we welcome all with fun and friendly service.

Flowing over and around huge slabs of limestone, the Pedernales River can be turbulent. But most often it is tranquil, and a great place to relax and recharge. We are just 30 miles west of Austin. Come over for an afternoon swim or hike, or load up your gear for an overnight adventure. The river awaits!

Choose a site with water and electricity or hike to a primitive site. Bring your group to the Youth Group Camp or Equestrian Group Camp.

Listen to Onion Creek flowing over limestone ledges and splashing into pools. Follow trails winding through the Hill Country woods. Explore the remains of an early Texas homestead and a very old rock shelter. All of this lies within Austin’s city limits at McKinney Falls State Park - what are you waiting for?

Think of the park as Austin’s backyard; we’re just 13 miles from the state capitol. Here you can camp, hike, mountain or road bike, geocache, go bouldering, and picnic. You can also fish and swim in Onion Creek.

Onion Creek can flood after rainfall. Beware of the creek’s flow; contact the park for current creek conditions. Read through our swimming safety tips before you visit.

Stay at one of 81 campsites (all with water and electric hookups). Or rent one of our six newly remodeled cabins. We also have a primitive youth camping area, for use by nonprofit-sponsored youth groups

    New Braunfels, Texas

Welcome to Camp Huaco Springs, nestled near New Braunfels, TX. This spot is a favorite for those who love the great outdoors and want easy access to the Guadalupe River. Whether you're into RV camping, tent camping, or looking for a cozy cabin, this place has got you covered.

One of the standout features here is the river itself. It's right there, making it perfect for floating, canoeing, and fishing. There's even a natural spring on-site, which adds a nice touch. The campground is shaded by large trees, providing plenty of cover from the Texas sun, and the scenery is just beautiful.

The amenities are pretty solid too. You've got electric hookups, showers, and toilets, which make the stay more comfortable. There's also a camp store for those last-minute supplies, though it's not open year-round. If you need anything when the store's closed, there's a Shell station up the road that should have what you need.

Visitors have mentioned that the staff here are friendly and professional, always ready to help out. The campground is big-rig friendly, so if you're rolling in with an RV, you won't have any trouble. Just be aware that the roads can be a bit rough, so a high-clearance vehicle might be a good idea.

One thing to note is that it can get pretty busy, especially on holiday weekends. So, if you're looking for a quiet, secluded spot, you might want to plan your visit accordingly. But if you're up for a lively atmosphere with lots of fellow campers, you'll fit right in.

Overall, Camp Huaco Springs offers a great mix of natural beauty and convenient amenities, making it a fantastic spot for a camping trip. Enjoy your stay!
