First off, we're members here. It's one of our four base camps across the US. That said, there is plenty to do no matter how you dress.
Toilets are clean but is just a big parking spot you have to pay for the WiFi
We were in Sacramento to visit with family. Spent 4 nights mid week at Cal expo RV park. The campground is very flat. Part is concrete part is gravel. I found the campground to be very quiet during our stay and well maintained. Basically just a parking lot no frills. There are no picnic tables at your site. The shower house has a $20 deposit for a key. This is refunded on return of the key. Showers/ restrooms are average but clean. Overall a good place to park for a few nights. Sites have full hookups if you want them
Les endroits pour camping car sur SF sont très limités ! La ville ne s’y prête pas du tout. Environ 20 min du pont en voiture. Le parking est très étroits et bondé. Nous avions l’impression que les personnes présentes sur le camping y habitaient toute l’année.
It was a nice place to stay in between a lot of trees. We stayed at the side close to the highway so it was a bit noisy but not too bad. The people were friendly! It was a bit too pricey though. We paid around 100 bucks for a normal site, nothing fancy.
A little side information: if you allergic to pollen, especially trees you should be careful at the moment. The campsites are directly located under mulberry trees. They triggered severe hay fever symptoms in me.
Cheap and convenient. The area is kind of sketchy, but it worked for one night and we didn't have any trouble. Looks like there's a lot of people there who are overstaying the allowed number of days.
A safe, beautiful, affordable property to spend outdoors time on. Convenient sites with complete hookup and also restroom/showers handy. The 800+ acres of hills, woods and fields offers archery, disc golf, hiking, horseback riding and more. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bonus: short drive to Downtown Napa. Wish we had more time to spend there. Highly recommend!
Not too far from Ripon, which has some good restaurants and cool bars. But bring your quarters if you want to take a shower.
Very nice flat green grassy cover camp sits. Like your camping in your home backyard. 30 and 50amp campsite. It is supposed to be FULL HOOKUPS and was the last two times we camped here. But this time, due to some problems with sewer systems, they have had to turn it off. So just 30 and 50amp Electric and water. THEY HAVE DUMP STATION, BUT NO HONEY BUCKET TRUCK TO COME AROUND TO YOUR SITES TO DUMP YOUR RV. SO BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR CAMP. DUMP YOUR TANKS. We have a portable dump tank if we need it. NOT breaking Camp to take trailer to dump station. Praticeing good water management. Dish pans in sink to dump water out on grassy lawns. Only use toilet for middle of night bathroom call. No showers. Using campground showers bathroom.
