Brigham County Park is located just northeast of the Village of Blue Mounds on County Highway F. This 232-acre park is named after Ebenezer Brigham, one of the first settlers in this area. The park provides a panoramic view of the Wisconsin River Valley.
Park features include a group camp area, a year round 23 unit rustic campground, two shelter facilities, picnic area, play equipment, nature trail through a maple woods, and hiking trails that connect to Blue Mounds State Park. The Brigham Trail, a 1.3 mile paved shared-use trail, also goes through the park and connects to the Military Ridge State Trail and Cave of the Mounds National Natural Landmark. Shelter#2 is a timber frame structure that was built in 2015 with wood from trees that were harvested at Dane County Parks properties. Across from Brigham County Park is the County’s 107-acre Blue Mounds Wildlife Area that offers public hunting opportunities and other activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing(ungroomed trails), and wildlife observation.

A portion of sites in each campground have electrical hookups for RVs, and there is a dump station near the Homestead site. The park also has several picnic areas, sports courts, and five reservable group picnic shelters. Firewood, camping supplies, ice and boat rentals are available at the concession stand. Seasonal campsite rates range from $15–$35/night; entrance to the park requires an additional fee.
