We are a 20 foot skoolie. Road in is relatively smooth. No major pot holes. Plenty of large sites for RV’s or 40 foot school bus, and anything in between. Somewhat quiet other than highway noise, plenty of space between sites. Pretty windy, but the days are cool. Lovely views of the Medicine Bow National Forest. Great hiking opportunities. Enough connectivity to attend virtual classes and get work done! Although there is a bit of broken glass. Pack in, pack out!!
