If you are willing to drive a few extra miles, this campground is worth it. We lucked out and got site #5 just as another group was leaving. My husband and I are full time RVers, have traveled all over the US, and have stayed in hundreds of campgrounds. This is one of the nicest campsites we have ever had the pleasure of staying in -- great view of Baker Lake, surrounded by old growth forest, private lake access, great area for hammocks, easy access to hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, etc. Boat launch at the campground made the $14 per night worth it. The only drawback is that the one water pump is a bit tricky to use and the water (at the beginning of the season) was rather discolored from rust. Pit toilets were clean enough and campground was immaculate. Managed by HooDoo Reservations.
