If you’re kicking out into the Hurricane Ridge area in the morning, you can’t stay anywhere nearly as convenient as Heart o’ the Hills. Professionally kept and well run site with friendly host and spacious sites. A little dreary with the shade (good luck if you run on solar) but I’d definitely recommend a one night stay before you set out into this phenomenal area of Olympic National Park. Get an early start on the trails before everyone else shows up.
