We stayed here with 2 young kids and it was a great choice.

We didn't have a reservation but we got there early enough on a Sunday we found plenty of open first come spaces were available.

The toilet was clean and we'll maintained.

Site 10 is closest to the river but there are paths from most sites to walk to river access. Plenty of space for a tent and kids to play.

We didn't have a bug problem because it was cool and early enough in the season, but I suspect mosquitoes may be an issue later in the summer.

The campground was only 30% occupied. It was relaxing, quiet, lots of trees, soothing river sounds.

We stayed 1 night, but we will definitely return for a longer stay.
