Beautiful but a little precarious

Currently the path/road down to the beach is a bit tricky to navigate as it has a large stump in the middle with divers on either side as well as large logs off to the side. BUT once you’re on the beach it is gorgeous! You can either get down that path in your car or leave your car in the pull of on the side of the road and walk down to the beach (I did this for fear of getting my car stuck). There is some noise from the road but it is not bad and after about 8pm it almost completely died off as not much traffic came through after that.

Beach pull off

Good pull off the side of the the road. Room for a big rigs if it’s not full, it had about 6 cars when I got there and I took last spot mid August. Plenty of room to tent camp on beach

Solid spot

Great spot right on the beach, very beautiful. Make sure not to drive on the beach unless you have 4WD

Amazing beach front view with fort!

I visited this breathtaking beach spot! We stayed 4 nights, enjoyed sunset views, beach sounds, and cool breeze right off the road! Plenty of space for up to 4 rigs, but only two access spots you can back up into with a beach view. No whale sightings, but a massive dead beach sea lion! We built this fort and fire pit- hope you enjoyed as much as we did! Find us on our two year travel adventure on IG @NavigateWithNoah or on YouTube @LastDandelion.

Road blocked

I went here, but the road was blocked. I am not sure whether the road is always blocked or not. It is unpaved and muddy.

DNR Land by the beach

This location was brought over from the iOverlander app. Follow the link for pictures.

DNR land from the Indian reservation to the highway. You can park anywhere along the road.

It has gorgeous sunset views on the beach. Very little nearby firewood, pick some up on your way. - Several houses along the highway have honor stands.

The only available reported cell service is Verizon and TMobile, but both can be patchy. Sometimes able to pick up Canadian cell providers from across the water.
