Well run

This is a good campground for a short stay. The sites are small and close to each other, but well maintained. The bath/shower/Laundry facility was very clean and fairly new. The utilities were great. There is a small swimming pool that the kids were enjoying, a short trail, and chickens all over. It's not a beautiful campground with a lake or other amenities, so it's not a camping destination, but still a good stay on the way to other places. There are 104 campsites, most have water and electric.  There are a few "Premium Delux Patio" sites that have a tiny grass lawn and a few shrub trees that are pretty cute and bigger than the other sites. There was a good bit of construction on the site and a few cabins that were just being completed.

We were told that because we were only staying one night, we couldn't reserve a specific site and when we arrived we were placed in site 11, which was right next to the bathroom doors. They were able to switch us to site 8 which was right at the entrance, but had a nice patio. We were happy with it. The campers were all very nice, as campers tend to be, and it was very quiet at night. It was a good stay. We would stay again.
