Located on BLM Road 142 in Utah, just North of Moab, this area was open/free BLM land.  Even when free, this area was not very "pretty".  The State took over the land and designated it: Utahrapter State Park in early 2023, and began charging $15 per day.. which gets you Porta-Potties, and that's it !  The State has not even performed any maintenance on the roads through the park.  ..Just watch the Video'
