Tucked away with sense of privacy

Each site has a lot of shrubbery that lends to a better sense of privacy. Kind of tight for trailers larger than 28’ to access, make sure you go the right direction on the one ways unless the hosts instruct to pull in backwards like we had to. Cool disc golf course and mountain biking trails cut through the campground. Be careful on trails, my fiancée had a run in with a wolf pup and my dog was thankfully on the leash at the time. Lots of cool wildlife!!

Close to Park City

This is a big campground but the sites are pretty private….separated by giant bushes. Not one of my favorites, but the proximity to Park City is key. Facilities are clean.

Clean beautiful campground

This was our first Campground with a camper. Cell service was zero. R we had a back in site. There were a variety of sifted both back in and pull through of various sizes. Bathrooms and showers were be dry clean and well maintained. A few campers had issues with electrical service but we did not.

Lovely Wasatch

Lovely Wasatch valley! The campsites are well equipped, and space from each other. It’s beautiful. I gave 4 stars because you cannot do a fire at this time.

Mediocre

I will preface this by saying I was up here over July 24th weekend. Maybe another weekend would be better.

Campsites are nice and clean, bathrooms as well on my visit. You will be camping 20' from the road in all the spots more or less. The spots don't offer really any type of privacy either.

Like previously mentioned the road up is very rocky and bumpy. Definitely need a truck/SUV to get up. Trucks do pull trailers up there for their four wheelers/side by sides.

This weekend was absolute hell of hearing those things ripping up and down the road. Starting at around 8-9am, going till 1-2pm(for lunch I'm assuming) then going right back to it. There are also tons of parents giving their kids rids around in a circle.

All in all, its a nice spot...Its not real camping like I'd prefer to do but it works. Maybe a different weekend will be better, with far less noise.

Rustic woodlands on east side of Wasatch Range

This is typical camping from the past. Very few sites built to accommodate larger rigs. Narrow loop roads with mature trees at that time not well-trimmed. My 30' TT was perched with some effort on top of a pull-through that was a mound rather than flat. Unlevel and narrow asphalt sites.  Some sites are reservable with full hook-ups. Stayed without a reservation in the FCFS loop called Mohogany. Pine Creek is next to a golf course just on the outskirts of Midway, Utah near Deer Valley Ski Area. Lots to do in Midway and surrounding parts. No fishing close to the campground but lots of fishing and boating nearby e.g. Joranelle Reservoir/State Park. It's very pretty with wildlife enjoying life. Planned to stay longer than two nights but got chased out due to a wildfire nearby sending smoke our way.

Great place for a lot of activities

This campground has 3 loops. 1 for tents, 1 for medium size trailers. 1 for large trailers. Check the website or call the guard station before booking to double check. It's close to 2 reservoirs, tons of dirt bike and side by side trails, and Heber city. There's also a few group sites with pavilions. We've stayed here multiple times in tent, RV, and group sites. Medium shade, but the bathrooms and showers are nice.

Close by - but still feels far away!

My family and I just love this campground!! We come at least twice a year. Everything is really well kept! Clean bathrooms, has warm showers, power at your picnic tables and water at each site. Close to fishing pond, play area for kids, beautiful golf courses, hikes, Midway/Heber cities, fishing rivers and beautiful drives up the mountains for more exploring.

Fun for the family

We LOVE going here! Our kids love fishing in the pond, exploring the exhibits in the museum and playing on the playground. We also enjoy the hikes that are easily accessible from the parking lot. We like picnicking here and feeding the ducks!
