Fun unique Texan campsite
Pros Good showers Felt extremely safe with the amount of RVers around us LOL! Nice clean restrooms Nice tent camping sites (non dry area) Convenient to interstate! Other stores family dollar dollar tree (no Walmart!) Cute little store inside! Clearly marked campsites and directions on where your site is (but not an actual “pull through or pull in” for tenters Nice outdoor sink for washing dishes in LOVED that feature! Between the bathrooms
Cons We were sad that breakfast wasn’t up and running as that was a reason one of our main stops as we are doing a cross country move and saving some coins by camping here and there. The intention of breakfast and go right where we pitch it sounded great! $20/25? for one night tent/dry camping but I will say you get all hookup and restrooms are definitely one of the better ones we’ve seen across country!
Other notes It was very windy our stay but storms were coming through the us Staff did not have as much hospitality as I was excited for… but I know it’s the “winter cold” season right now They did have grills for tent sites but do not have charcoal or wood Could not clearly find mini golf?
Still a very great stay and fun Texan campsite!
