My family and I just returned from our trip this last weekend and I must say that it was a laid back relaxing and fun experience. We arrived Friday afternoon and were greeted at the entrance and led to our space. The owners even provided assistance in getting lined up in the spot which was a spacious shady spot with a nice picnic table and heavy steel fire pit. Deer were present at all times not skittish at all, there are feeders on the property that keep them close all day long. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. They sell ice, pecans, firewood, and farm-fresh eggs right on sight. the will even deliver your firewood to your sight. The river was nice and clear and we fished for a while without luck but I contribute that to the bad choice of bait on my part. Allin all it was a great weekend and we can't wait to go back.
