Our campsites have everything you need for a comfortable stay (even WI-FI!), and we have our own private pond, a large swimming pool, and a deli & grill that serves up some of the best burgers this side of the Smokies.

The Best Camping Near Townsend, Tennessee

Sites here are very unlevel, but where your RV/camper and under awning is pretty level. The rest of the site falls away. your neighbors aren’t that close. They provide cable box and remote if you want to have TV. We didn’t bother hooking it up spent too much time visiting the Smoky Mountains. Lots of snow birds here so very quiet. Does have a pool but didn’t see a playground. I would say very good for adults, but would work for families if they didn’t need to have a playground. 

Spacious sites

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. We absolutely loved the quietness of the campground and the views of the mountains are amazing! I would say it is geared more towards couples and people traveling without kids as there isn't anything for kids to do. For us, it was perfect. Some full time spots but all were well maintained. There are no bathhouses and no tent sites. We paid about $50/night with tax for a full hook-up site. We will be returning!
