Level, wooded sites and clean bathrooms. No area to wash dishes. Lots of space for each sites and trees for shade.

Love the campground 

We stopped at this koa on our way home from a friends private camp property in Mercer county. They permit non guests to utilize the dump site at a small fee $20 (during non peak times). Convenient location off of route 80. The grounds are pretty with tall trees and plenty of amenities  for families. Some sites have concrete patios and furniture provided. There is a playground, inground pool, and a store. We plan to visit and stay sometime over the summer.

Hospitable even when not booking

I stayed there for two months while I was in transition between states and really enjoyed it. Everything is clean and they offer fun amenities. It’s close to the outlets and Keystone Safari. They have a fishing pond but I haven’t walked over and seen it. It’s across the street of the KOA so you could miss it if you don’t ask about it. The tent camping area is also nice. Kind of a free for all when it comes to what site you pick but it’s a nice wooded area. 

Extended Stay 

Close to where we live so it's an easy drive and a great start to the season to shake out anything that may not be working since bringing de-winterizing our camper.

  

Large open campground with plenty of stuff to do for everyone and plenty of activities throughout the summer months as well.

Under new ownership with friendly staff and great amenties

We stayed here for a quick overnight stop. We have a 40’class A and flat tow a Jeep. We use both the RV Garmin 890 &amp; RV Trip Wizard and both had us doing some crazy side roads to get into the KOA. Be sure to use the park’s directions for an easier drive in. Totally fine when we left using their instructions. Very pretty park, nice staff, and great playground for the kids. We stayed on pull thru site 6 and it was great. Would definitely stay here again. 

Don’t Follow GPS! Great Stop

Very well maintained campground with lots of amenities, esp for kids (pool, playground).  Generous sized sites, not too close together.  Looks like quite a few long-term RVers here.  Cute chickens wandering around.  Hiking trail accessible from the campsite.  Heavily wooded and quiet, but not too far off interstate.

Really nice!

We were contacted by campground about an alternate route. My daughter called and learned it was regarding a small bridge that would accommodate our 31’ RV, so we went that route. It was fine for us. 

They have too many amenities to list. Of note, the pool water was decently warm and they had an outdoor exercise area in addition to the playground. 

The store was open until 8pm. It was small, but sold shelf stable food, camping items, toys, ice cream, and Amish baked goods. And the coolest Koa sticker of Bigfoot doing the floss!

The standout here was the staff. They were beyond customer service friendly. They were engaged and seemed earnestly interested in guests interests and travel stories. 

On Saturday morning, Amish people come in and sell their baked goods. A text reminder came from the office. They had canned goods, eggs, and baked items including 1 GF item. Yeah us. 

Family friendly 

This is only our third KOA visit. Very level and big rig a friendly. It is a little noisy from the roadway noises. The hosts have been extremely nice. We have met a lot of wonderful people.
