Amazing Campground
I LOVED this campground, it is a private campground owned by a family. They own a large portion of the lakefront and have both a people beach and a dog beach so the dogs can enjoy swimming as well. The lake isn't huge, but it was big enough to have fun kayaking and paddle boarding for the day. They had rentals right on site at the campground and a great camp store in case you forgot anything. The campsite was huge, we fit 2 tents (6 and 8 person) and there was still plenty of room and we had a great view of the lake. Our site had electricity and water. we had friends who stayed on the other side of the lake (still keen property) that did not have electricity/water, but they managed. The bathrooms are nicer on the main campground side, so I would suggest that, but both sections were nice. you had to pay for shower time, but it was affordable (I think 25 cents for 5 minutes).
They have some rental cabins/houses that look really nice (we didn't go in any of them) and there was also an activity field with a sand volleyball pit/softball diamond/tether ball/ soccer field etc. they also have a barn where they hosted some events for the kids. It is a huge campground with plenty of things to do. I highly recommend it.
