Hidden in a forest between Cape Foulweather and Yaquina Head, Beverly Beach State Park’s creekside campground is one of the state’s largest. Some campsites and the park’s day-use area are just steps away from miles of ocean beach extending from Yaquina Head to Otter Rock. The park is central to excellent whale watching viewpoints, tidepools teeming with sea life, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and shops and restaurants in Newport.

A few steps from the ocean you'll find the forest-sheltered campground. Giant, wind-sculpted trees and nurse logs surround the campsites situated along pebbly Spencer Creek. A Welcome Center located near the registration booth sells firewood and a few souvenirs. A playground is located next to the program area. The day-use picnic area is a grassy spot protected from summer winds. The day-use area also contains a reservable group meeting yurt.

this campground is one of my favorites to go too. It is quiet and tucked away in the trees. There is a pathway to walk right out to the beach where you can build bonfires or just take a nice stroll. Bathrooms are clean and have showers available if you so please.  The staff there is also very nice and there to help or give advice. Great for families or birthday parties! 

Simply Amazing

Stayed in one of the yurts over a rainy weekend.  The yurt was clean and had plenty enough space for two people.  Between the bunk bed and the fold out couch, there was ample room to sit, sleep, and store your stuff.  The surrounding beach was gorgeous, simply taking a hike during low tide was an amazing experience. Bathrooms and showers were also nice and clean.

We have camped here numerous times and have always had a great experience. There is hiking, swimming (in the ocean), and biking. They have ranger led programs for kids. The pads are all level, water, power and sewer hook-ups available. The restrooms with showers are great. 

Great place on the coast

I stayed a night because I needed a last minute getaway and they had site. Like most Oregon coast campgrounds, the summer months are very busy. The nature walk around the campground was nice and the trees in the park are beautiful and add to the totally "Oregon" experience of this campground. The access to the beach is easy to get to. Great park!


In the woods AND at the beach!

You can either camp in your tent, a yurt, or RV! They have nicely kept bathrooms, and showers! There is a nice path that goes all around the park, with beach access right next to you! There are many hikes that are around the area, and it is not that far from town either. It is in a nice forest area!

This camp site is a close feeling with a great access to the beach. The sites are pretty close together and a popular place. The facilities are clean and friendly hosts. The beach access was my favorite part of the trip. Great views and beach exploring.

Coastal Camping

Very convienient and terrific for a family. Not too far from Newport so if you forgot something it's an easy trip to go pick it up. Beautiful beach and great for large groups.

Great location if you want access to the beach

This campground is old and almost completely outdated. With newer bigger trailers it is verry tight to get into your spot. Camp spot dont drain so when it rains your campsite can become unusable because it has standing water so much so that you can't even build a fire. We did go in late spring so we figured it would be wet, but not 3 inches of standing water.

Needing TLC

We stayed for about a week at the end of July and found it to be convenient and beautiful, not too crowded. Also has a lovely day use area.

Within walking distance of trails and beach.  This campground is suitable for everyone from the rugged tent camper to groups,  to those who prefer yurts. Beverly Beach is close to town for supply runs as well. 

Beverly Beach is a great place to go camping. The sand is super soft to sleep on and you can hear the sea lions barking in the distance. It is a nice little walk to the beach, but makes a great place to watch the sunset.

Great camping spot

We stayed in an ADA site during the week in mid July. It was nice flat ground and easy access to the beach through the campground. The surroundings were aesthetically beautiful and a quant little store near the entrance. Also it is just a couple of miles outside of Newport. Some of the trees looked alien because of the winter floods and above ground root growth.

The only I would be prepared for considering on the other hand is that when full, it can get loud.

Family Friendly (including dogs)

this is a big campground and very well maintained. not very private but what it lacks there it makes up for in location. a quick walk to the beach from the grounds and you're going to love it. if you're unfamiliar with the OR coast let me enlighten you. it's not warm and cozy. it's windy and misty and wild. it's also breathtaking! the rugged shore, the driftwood, the wildlife (seals/eagles/otters! it's a great place to rockhound or go fishing. bring a jacket and an appetite for good ole fish and chips!

I have been to this State park many times in the past, stayed in a yurt as well as a few of the tent sites. This park Is very family oriented and also has a group area. The beach is right around the corner from the grounds under a sweet hwy 101 bridge. This does create some traffic noise during the day, but always calms at night, allowing the sounds of the waves to lull you to sleep. They have nice clean restroom facilities with showers and onsite potable water as well as wood sales. It is located just off hwy 101 past Newport, Or. It tends to be busy in the summer, so book early and expect kids running around having fun. They also have a visitor center with literature on local points of interest.

Me and my family have stayed here twice now. Once as a group and once for my honeymoon. It has a beautiful beach that goes on forever. The ocean is cold but it's Oregon. The campground is large and semi privet. They have flush toilets and free showers. They have a great Jr ranger program and fun ranger led movies and programs on the weekend. There is a large visitor center with free coffee and games.

Very close to the beach, but also has some highway noise. Seems likemoere of an RV spot but there are tent spots as well as yurts available. Really cool bridge right next to the campground on the way to the beach!

Close to the beach

4 1/2 stars for this sprawling, accessible campground, easy to find and close to so many things Shangra-La-ish about Newport and the Oregon Coast. There's a bit of a family vibe, a noisier community thing sometimes…. Keep in mind that there are over 250 campsites, sites for hikers, 3 count 'em 3 group sites, a yurt shire near the water, a playground and amphitheater…something for everyone within and without. The beach here is large, so you can join the crowd or get away from it all. Just south you've got incredible Newport with the aquarium, Yaquina Bay, the Sylvia Beach Hotel with each room themed after an author and always open for tours, the Cooper Ridge Nature Trail (pictured) and so much more. It's right off Hwy 101, but the ocean waves and large campground size make up for the highway noise. This will definitely stay in our open-all-year bank of goodies.

So much fun

This campground has easy access to the beach as well as a great playground for kids. There are clean facilities and great areas to bike with littles around camp. The combination of the river, ocean, and trees makes for a wonderful getaway.  The only drawback is it can get crowded.

Perfect for family camping

Great campground, hidden from the ocean winds but just a short walk onto the beach. We had the river right behind the site, and it was so peaceful! Right at the beach, close to Newport and TONS of stuff to do there. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Great place for home base

Our campsite had a lot of room and was a short walk over to the beach. Our particular site (A07) was conveniently located by the restrooms/showers. The shower room was decent. There were quite a few people there out and about having fun, but everyone had their own space, and it wasn’t particularly noisy. It was also just an 8 minute drive down to the local town. The campsite was well kept and the workers there that day were incredibly nice.

The campground has some nice amenities - a short walk from your campsite to trash, recycling, water, bathrooms, and the beach. There are on site staff ready to answer your questions. They also have a doggy bag spot where you can dispose of dog waste and pick up a new bag if needed. There’s a short trail that follows the creek. Overall it’s a good campsite but lacks any privacy or seclusion from other campers.

Great stop for 1 night

My wife and two Boston Terriers had a blast here, but the place is a little cramped and crowded. Amazing sandy beach is nearby to the campsites, although the way down to the beach might be a little steep for folks with mobility issues. Having firewood and ice for purchase in the park is nice and we were able to spend our whole weekend in the park without leaving for supplies. We were just looking for a place to sleep while spending our days on the beach and it's perfect for that. Not much else to do in the park, but fantastic location for getting to other spots nearby - Newport, Yaquina Head Natural Area, and a plethora of other small wayside parks are all a short drive away.

Very clean campground..showers and bathroom ok.had a level , paved pad for our trailer . nice trail down to the beach. Some have pull thru sites with full hook ups. The closer sites have cable available for $1\. More. Enjoyed our time would go back again.

A nice spot centrally located near Lincoln City and Newport. The gift shop/info center is nice, small, and staffed with friendly volunteers. I highly recommend the Junior Ranger program for kids! A short distance to the beach and cool octopus trees!

This campground is one of our favorite State Parks! We stayed Memorial Day weekend and had a blast.

Located close to the Newport Aquarium, Yaquina Head, and the Whale Watch Center in Depoe Bay there are plenty of things to do and see!

The beach access was very nice and easy to navigate with small kids (no dune climbing here).

The visitor center staff were super friendly and the the kids had a great time taking advantage of the Junior Ranger Program offered.

All and all a great campground and we highly recommend!

Family Friendly

This campground is pretty basic with easy access from the highway. Its focus is family-friendly accommodations with great access to the beach. It's not a bad campground just not very peaceful since it's usually pretty busy.

Love this campground! Sites are fairly private, and most are in excellent shape. The park staff i. friendly and knowledgeable. It is really busy all summer long, so I suggest reserving as soon as you know your vacation dates!

One of my favorites!

This campground reminded me of a fairy tale. Once you drive inside it is very plush and green. Perfect little getaway to the Oregon coast. Campground was clean and well kept. Was not very many people around during this time so it made it nice and peaceful. Just a quick walk to the beach from the camp site.

If you are looking for a great, quiet campground on the coast this is the place. A beautifully maintained and tranquil setting. I will return many times to this beautiful area.

Absolutely beautiful

This campground has many amenities. From full bathrooms scattered through the campsites to a lively and engaging stage with lots of activities for kids. My brother loved coming here and walking the hiking trails along the site as well. We love the short walk to the beach. It felt like a little retreat.

The overall campsite is great. Bathrooms and showers, spacious camp sites. Just expect to shut down early. We got scolded by the guy who ran the site at 9:30 to be quiet. Seemed a bit early considering it had just gotten dark. Fun place, just be wary at night!

The site we had was really beautiful and not far away from showers. The beach access was really close. I wish I had known about the noisy highway that bridges over the walkway to the beach access. It was very noisy during the day. The sites are close enough to hold a conversation with the neighbor but far enough that you can still feel some privacy. The location is close enough to have a short trip to drive to other areas with seals, and reef animals. There is an amazing restaurant, Sea Hag, just up the road, and you can stop at Devil's Punchbowl State Park at low tide to see thousands of sea stars. I've never before seen baby ones. This campsite has an amazing location to site see for a longer stay without moving camp. If you can overcome the noisy highway, its worth it.

Beach Access

We stayed here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the views but checked out early due to tent camping and high winds. The spots are larger than other beach side campgrounds we’ve visited. I would come again but probably RV instead of tent camp.

Great locations! Sleep surrounded by trees and berry bushes! Listen to the waves crashing on the shore while you cook over your fire. Love depoe bay, love this chill quiet campground.

I went here with my family for the eclipse and it’s was great. Large campground with a good bike paths. The rangers have a different themed presentation each day/night. There is a playground and access to the beach. Will be back. 

Family friendly camping 

When you are ready to enjoy families having fun, the place to be. Great beaches, close to small tourist town. Perfect snapshot of the OR coast. I live 15 miles away and still take my grands there to camp even though I live 2 blocks from the beach. Yes, not tons of privacy but nice campsites, well maintained.

A loop - you can hear highway 101.  Lots of RV spots.  Best tent sites are on the outer (north) sides of the loops.  Especially C,D and E loops.  Ranger station and junior ranger program.  Great family campground. 

Easy, popular campground

Have camped and"yurted" in this park ever since i came to Oregon at least twice a year.. Its a great campground if you have younger kids as there are hot showers and nice bathrooms for the little urchins.

As you can imagine its very busy and crowded in the Summer..almost like a small refugee camp sometimes. But when you have kids thats a good thing. During the off season most of the tent loops are closed down and its much more peaceful. You can enjoy the natural splendors of the park.

 The park is basically built along the banks of a lush creek and many of the areas between loops are marshy and quite natural. The nature walk along the crek is cool also but watch out for speeding mountain bikers. I was there this month( Feb) and it was great. Will always come back. Great park great memories. Also i guess its not camping but have found AT&amp;T has good coverage( 4 G 3 bars) while Verizon has nothing at all.

Close to beach

I’ve camped here (yurt) once a decade ago and loved it. 
Then I stayed here in Sept 2019 at the Hiker-Biker area while bicycling down the Oregon coast. The biker camp area is fairly nice with lots of room to choose a good site. However it’s pretty isolated away from much of the rest of the campground and the only toilet facilities were 2 port-a-potties, they weren’t terribly gross but definitely not the cleanest I’ve seen. If you want a shower it’s somewhere in the area of the other campground loops. 
There are 3 small hard plastic lockers for bike campers to lock up their food and other items - however they are fairly old and it’s difficult to get the door to fully close on 2 of them. Each locker does have an electrical outlet so you can charge your phone or other electronic items. 
The walk out on the beach is beautiful and when I was there (middle of September) there were a few whales just offshore- incredible to just watch as the sun was setting!
Overall, recommend this campground but wish that a few improvements could be made to the biker site.

Nice big park

This is our second visit to Beverly beach.  It is located right off hwy 101, but tucked into the trees for privacy.  It seemed quite a bit run down since our last visit for years ago.  We stayed in the very back which was nice and quiet.  The front campground is right by the beach, but under a bridge which has a lot of road noise.  We enjoyed the hiking trail around the perimeter of the park and the kings surf didn’t disappoint.  Only one shower house was open in febraury, but it has individual free showers.  There was many hosts and they even delivered our firewood to our site 

Magical forest plus beach

I have been going to Beverly Beach State park every summer for almost ten years. This place truly feels like home away from home. I love the atmosphere. I enjoy having the best of both worlds while camping. You can enjoy the ocean and sandy beaches while also camping where there are trees on both sides of the campsite to provide privacy. Not all campgrounds have this unique feature.

Home Away From Home 

Much smaller than South Beach State Park a few miles south, but in my opinion a more relaxed campground. 

Campground is less open and more wooded than some of the other coast parks. Beach is very close via a short trail under the highway bridge and can be seen from A loop. The proximity to the water makes the sunsets better here than at some of the other campgrounds. 

This campground isn’t within walking distance of any other attractions, but a nice nature trail around the camp and the beach is really all that’s needed here. The visitor center provides a nice history of the beach and how it got its name. 

And speaking of the beach...
FOSSILS!
Literally everywhere on this beach. Nearly every rock and cliff face is littered with marine fossils of varying types and sizes and you can often find individual fossilized shells that can be collected. 

Beverly Beach is also popular for agate hunting along the gravel bars, particularly after big storms that uncover new stones.

The tent sites are pretty private for such a large park which was a very pleasant surprise. The beach was extra fun with the river running into the ocean. We are going to make this a yearly stop for sure.

Great state park for RV / tent 

This is such a great place!  You get to camp protected in the woods off the beach and then take a short walk out to the beach to explore.  Bathrooms, Showers, fire wood, and ice are all on site.  Highly recommended!

Best of Both Worlds!

Our first visit back in more that 15 years and not disappointed at all.  You have your camping sites in a woodsy location, with a very short walk to the beach with marvelous views of the Pacific Ocean.  Great places to eat nearby in both Newport and Depoe Bay.  You will not be disappointed!!!

Great destination state park that isn't all blacktop. Retains the old time camp feel while offering showers, playground, beach and forest. Lots of foliage around campsites, but they are close. Tons of families, dogs and children! A wonderful "feel good" place but not if you want solitude. A favorite of the Oregon Coast.

Rustic, busy, family oriented

Very nice campground.  Full service, some of them have TV cable.  We came here for 10 days of relaxing and to be near the ocean.  Very quiet park in the winter.  Beach access treacherous due to high surf events but beautiful view and if you can climb down embankment, you can walk a long way up and down the beach. We pulled our 30 ft Cougar in no problem with big, long, wide spaces.  Just know when it rains the sites all get muddy.  Nice walking trail around park.  Very friendly staff.  Well taken care of campground! 

Quiet, nice full service sites

Feels like being in the middle of a rainforest or jungle. So awesome! The state parks provide all the amenities you need. There are multiple campsite loops, A&amp;B are close to the ocean/beach, while all the others have a bit of walking to do. It’s dark and wet and so lush with plants and trees.

Whenever I make my yearly coast trip, I always end up at Beverly Beach in one way or another. It's such a cool spot! There are so many campsite to choose from - you can be really close to the trail to the beach (also closer to other people) or choose a spot a bit more remote. There are also yurts if I'm not mistaken. Really lovely - worth the stay!

Great campground! We go every summer with a group. The group sites are the best! Plenty of space and clean facilities. Easy walk to the beach and not far to Walmart if you forget anything.

Favorite on the Oregon coast for group camping

April 2021. The entrance to Beverly Beach State Campground has many lanes to check in with. After we drove thru sections (C thru E to site F-18). We backed into our site and had enough space to park our truck. Because of many sites that are at a 90\* to the skinny main road(ours included) the ability to back into most sites are very hard and not easily done. There are a few (45\*) sites and some pull throughs as well. The sites were sort of close together. A few sites (B thru some C) had full hookups including CATV most did not. Most sites had electricity and water only. The park in section (A) has all tent sites and more throughout the park together with Yurt’s to rent.

  

On day(3) we walked from our site to under the HWY 101 bridge to find a beautiful beach area. It took us about 20 mins to walk it. Along the way we found two children’s play areas, a 100 seat Amphitheater and a Welcome Center that was all closed due to COVID restrictions.

  

The bathrooms were very clean and the showers in (sections C thru E) were closed. Out of the (7) free showers in site F (for campers only) (4) were open, but they were very roomy and nice as well as clean and they had1 handy capped shower too.

  

Newport was only 10 miles to the south. Cell service was mostly gone with the exception of Verizon cell service that got back into our site so we could make and receive calls but NO internet.

We love Beveryly Beach.  It's a beautiful campground.  Easy to get to.  Great access to the beach.  There's a trail that goes around the outside of the entire campground that was pretty fun to take our kids on.

  

We have only stayed in a tent site, but the yurt loop looks great too and I hope to visit again to try them someday.

Beautiful park, nice facilities

Beverly Beach is a great park, centrally located on the coast halfway between Depoe Bay and Newport.  We used it a a home base to do some epic tide pooling during some negative tides and it was perfect. Most sites in the park have ample trees for hanging hammocks, but a few don't (ours didn't). Due to Covid, the bathrooms weren't being cleaned as often as normal. Hopefully that won't last much longer. Bonus - there's a small store right outside the campground entrance that has just about everything you could imagine, including fire wood for a little less than in the park!

About the campground: huge campground-8 loops of campsites. The whole campground was full-on a Wednesday night! My site (D5) was right on the main road of the campground on the second loop, but it was larger than some of the other campsites and was next to the creek.  I loved all of the huge old growth trees and that I had a flat spot to park and set up camp. I realized that super popular and packed campgrounds are not for me. Constant cars, trucks, golf carts, motorcycles, and campers (not to mention kids on bikes and lots of groups of people on foot) kept going by my site so it was pretty noisy and I had no semblance of privacy. The bathhouse path wasn’t as close as I thought it would be. The bathhouse itself needs some TLC. The toilet stall doors were unable to lock, the showers were in need of a scrubbing and there was no hand soap to wash your hands (the soap dispenser had been empty for 2 days according to a woman I talked to). 
Beach access was nice from the campground and they had a decent size day use parking lot steps from the beach. The beach was kinda dirty and there were about 50 people on the beach even though it was super foggy out. Good cell service at campground and beach. They sell ice and firewood at the campground and had a nice garbage disposal and recycling area for campers to utilize. People respected late hours and were very quiet at night when I was trying to sleep. The campground is close to highway 101 so you hear a bit of traffic noise but the ocean is loud too so you tend to ignore it. Overall, this campground was close to some tourist attractions (Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Devil’s Punchbowl, and Otter Crest Loop) and had a large beach but I don’t think I would camp there again.

Full campground on the 4th of July. We’ll maintained, with firewood and ice on hand for purchase. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned everyday. We saw a camp host come and pick up any debris left and ran a blower over the parking area. 

We had four families each stay in the C loop. C13 and C15 have a joint tent area, which was strange, but since we were together it wasn’t an issue. For future use E39 backs right up to C13 and would make a nice group of 3 sites together. C13 had full sun during the day. Of the four sites we booked, C16 was the most private. C14 was pretty open to the road. 

Noted A loop are the sites to try for and some of the sites along the creek/trail in the D and E loops.

4th of July weekend

I spent a VERY wet and rainy New Year's Eve here. Huge campground. Beautiful area in the woods away from the wind. There's a nice trail along the creek that great for walking dogs. 

  

The campground is huge. I went out at dusk and almost got lost finding my way back to my site. Be sure to bring a light. I didn't use the bath house or showers. No cell reception in the campground, but some up by the bridge. 

  

This was a wonderful place to ring in the New Year. Here's to 2021!

Misty Magical on the Coast

This campground is super popular and crowded, but everyone is friendly and neighborly so it doesn't feel constricted. 

The place is well maintained, minute walks to the beach and has everything you need right there.

And if you walk north on the beach 45 minutes you can view Devils Punch bowl, learn to surf, get a fresh cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

I'll be back here for sure.

The beach near bye. Curfew was awesome. Quiet time. Clean and friendly. Can't wait to come back. Fun crazy trails to explore. Lots of different amazing sites. Their is Yurts, tents, van life, rv pull through or back ins.

Absolutely Amazing

Beverly Beach State Park is located just north of Newport, Oregon.  We found a last minute cancellation here in order to cool off during the dreaded heat dome at the end of June 2021. Everyone else had the same idea so it was very busy!  It's a big campground so if it's peak season, there's a lot of traffic in the loops.  If you prefer quiet, you might consider a site in loop G or H at the back.  We stayed in D11, which was by the creek and trails so that was a plus, but we didn't enjoy the constant traffic.  The easy beach access and cooler temps made up for it though!  I'd recommend it and go back, but would plan for Spring of early Fall when it's a bit quieter.

 Nice, simple spot. Bathrooms clean, tent site comfortable, open to neighbors on one side. Located on east side of 101, walk under a bridge to access beach. State park, so amenities and fees standard. Would recommend

End of Season Camping Every year 

This is a great site with lots of amenities for families - playground, local hiking trails on campgrounds, beach access, and even an amphitheater for ranger programs when available.

This worked well for us and our little one because there are flush toilets and private showers with door locks. As a mommy who's had a little boy open the door midway through a shower or potty break, this is amazing.

What's great about this site is they recycle!!! Makes it easier to not haul home all your beer bottles. 

They do sell ice and wood, when there's no burn ban, here as well so it's super convenient. There's also a small convenient store at the entrance of the campgrounds in case you forget anything, like beer.

This is close to some coastal towns so it's nice to stroll into town for lunch and some ice cream.

Site F31, where we stayed, was super close to the bathrooms so there's quite a bit of noise, but manageable if you're not a super light sleeper. We were surrounded by yurts so tons of light, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the sleeper you are. 

Great beach side campsite

Very tight roads to maneuver a 35 ft motorhome with car trailer. Cramped sites but nice once settled in. Speeding cars a hazard for kids and walkers. Tons of shade.. 

Nice campground, limited space

Many sites, nice, easy hiking trail, good amenities, gorgeous beach. Good separation between sites, lots of easy pull thru options for RVs.

Nice Park

I stopped here on a whim after getting smoked out of Central Oregon. I was surprised at how cheap the site was relative to other State Parks on the coast. $21 for the night. It was quiet and peaceful and I had a great stay. Will definitely come again. 

Great location and price!

We’ve stayed in summer and fall. It’s amazing in summer and a bit flooded in the fall. Roads are a bit narrow for backing in but pull throughs are great. Spots are mostly private and good sized. The beach access is easy and fun.

Showers were all closed up except for 3 rings away. After 3 trys we finally gave up on finding a spot were the 20 amp outlet worked. We weren't there for long just a quick overnight.  But it seems like a nice park

Could have been better

The bathrooms were great. The privacy was.. okay. But this campground is huge and packed. It had a TON of people, and not the best vibe. Not terrible, but kinda... standoffish? Snobbish? Even the kids were that way to my kids. Because of all the people, there was also a lot of campfire smoke at night. Even in my tent. I had to wear a buff to sleep, because there was just too much smoke in the air for me to comfortably breathe. 

  

We were there in late July, and in case you are a midwestern noob like I was, this beach is not a beach for the kids to swim at or to catch a tan. It was freezing. Not just the water (that I knew), but on the sand, too. And SO windy that sand got into every single oriface and crevice known to man. And forget about trying to eat there, haha! We did have a lot of fun with our big tarp, though. After failing miserably to make some sort of windblock from it, we decided to play with it like a parachute and had some side-stitching belly laughs from the experience.

Spots were a little tight so be nice to your neighbors because they can hear you! Light sleepers may be bothered by beach, highway &amp; neighborly noise. 
Busier than I expected for midweek off season so definitely reserve ahead! 

Amazing site! 

This was one of our stops on a camping trip along 101. The facilities were good, but it was very crowded with almost no privacy. The sites were super close together. The campground was loud as a couple of the loops go right up under the freeway. The beach was ok, but there are many nicer beaches along the Oregon coast.

Busy, Loud, Little Privacy

Campground is very large with over 200 spaces, restrooms very clean as well as showers.

Camp sites are VERY tiny, most tent sites are barley big enough for a tent, picnic tables are so close to fire pits that they could catch on fire, the RV sites are very tight and people have issues getting their trailers into sites. Open year around, very busy park, reservations need to made most time months in advance.

Beach access is very close.

This is a classic well maintained Or state campground. Good access to trails and the beach, showers, toilets and firewood for sale. It’s big but nice amenities. 

Nice Coastal campground

Big campground with sites nicely shielded from each other with foliage. Lots of shade, full hookup and clean showered and bathrooms. Beach access is close the lower the site section alphabetically (A-H). Short walk under arch bridge to the beach. Full hookup.

Great location. Luckily we were in a minivan and not a tent, small tent spots, so make sure you check first. Very close sites. Clean bathrooms
