Governor Bebb MetroPark Campground is located near Okeana, Ohio, featuring a landscape of rolling hills and wooded areas. Temperatures range from the 30s in winter to the 80s in summer. Nearby attractions include the historic Governor Bebb Preserve and the scenic Great Miami Riverway.

Motor Vehicle Permits are required for entrance to the park and are free to Butler County Residents. A Group Motor Vehicle Permit for Non-Butler County residents can be purchased in advance with your reservation for $25. Individual Non-Butler County vehicle permits can be purchased through our Administration Office, cost $5/daily or $10/annual.

The Best Camping Near Okeana, Ohio

Basic car tent camping at several spots along a creek wIth picnic tables and fire rings (no hookups, portolet toilets, no showers.) There is a rustic scout cabin/group lodge reservable for scout, etc. groups. 
The park features a pioneer village with log cabins, including a blacksmith forge, etc. that have been moved to the site.

This is a nice county park that is being upgraded.  There is a fairly new playground near the camping areas, a new pit toilet building, and a bridge leading to where a new trail system is being created.  There are a mix of Electric and non electric sites.  I think 9 non-electric and 7 electric sites.

  

Fire rings and picnic tables at every site.  We were able to fit our Escapod (tear drop) camper in a non-electric site.

  

I think there is more coming in redevelopment of this county park, so it shoudl keep getting better!
