Lots to offer-tight sites

Full service campground. 30, 50 am full hook ups. Water and electric only hook ups, primitive RV and tent sites. Some sites are shaded, most of them seem to be year round rented. Most sites not shaded and small. Lake with beach, fishing, boating, and scuba diving. Golf cart rentals, firewood for sale on site. Pool available. Camp store and hot food available on site. Cabins also available for rent. Within 25 min of Walmart, hole improvement stores, and restaurants. Overall nice campground with lots to offer. But in most cases there is parking lot style camping.

Nice family spot

The lake and beach area are great. Clean water for swimming. The campground spots are small (too close together) and they don't enforce the quiet time curfew. Neighbors partying till 2am with music that we drowned out with ac running constantly.

Nice park

The park is nice, however, our original site was TINY. Literally not even two feet around the fire pit on all sides. Luckily they were quick to accommodate our complaints and move us. Also, the map and website showed a splash pad and laser tag which are not here. At least not yet. Looks like the splash pad is in the works but they advertise it online like it’s already up and running. That was kind of a bummer.

Poor repair and nasty

If you are looking for a noisy rundown campground you found your place. Golf cart parade start around 6:00 and continue into the evening up to around 11:00 with honking horns and blaring radios to give the other campers little piece. Swimming pool was advertised as being heated but it was very cold. You had to have wristbands to enjoy any of the facilities but they do not hand them out at check-in we had to wait hours, we only received them after my husband went to the office and complained. Bathroom and showers facilities what was working were very dirty. Dump station was so bad we did not stop.

Glad we checked it out, but don't feel the desire to come back.

Advertises heated pool and splash pad, but pool was not heated and colder than lake(major bummer- as this was a major draw for us) and splash pad is still under construction- not new and ready for 2021. Lake is nice and clear, pretty cold(would love to feel it in August or September). Fun to jump into and overall pretty. Wibit should be included or at least offer 1/2 hour slots. Everyone is very nice, close to cute coffee shop and stores in Richmond. Park is in need of updates, just feels used- but can tell that is in process. No COVID restrictions other than"stay distanced" sign, but our adults were vaccinated and we just tried to keep our kids distanced. Good WiFi, everything fairly clean, nice little store w/ inexpensive ice cream. No"bar& grill" as advertised. Newer playground structure, but for younger kids- no swings.

Very Nice Campground

Very nice and clean Campground. The lot we stayed in was a good size and was right on the spring. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Amazing campground

Wow, so much fun stuff to do here including swimming hiking and boating. Very nice bath house. And golf cart rentals also. I would live here all season.

Great campground

If I lived closer, I would get a permanent site here. The only down fall I’ve had is, the staff in the kitchen area are very rude. Our pizza wasn’t all the way cooked, we took it back in and they were not shy to make comments right in front of us. Other than that, we love going there.

Small, friendly and clean

This camp ground has a beautiful spring fed quarry with clean and clear water. Easy going fishing spots a pool, weekend activities and even a small camp store with grill/ice cream inside. Polite staff, family feel lots of play grounds!
