NOT HAPPY , 

I Love Hagan Stone park, and I wanted to go camping here with my family because that is the only thing I have not done at the park yet, made a reservation, and had an EXTREME EMERGENCY come up and I called and told them that I wanted to cancel my reservation due to my emergency and they would not give me a refund I was not too happy about it at all so now I'm out that money and a camping trip. I understand that my emergency is not their problem but I think there should be certain circumstances where they should refund you.. 

I'm very disappointed and upset ...

MAYBE just maybe in the future I'll try again..
