Level spot, but too crowded. Our neighbor was inconsiderate and blasted the outdoor tv pst quiet hours. Nice playground and bounce place where many kids were present but not many parents. 15 kids bouncing at one point none had masks on. Just not the best situation with the present Covid situation. Bathrooms were not up kept frequently, floors were gross.
