The only pro is the view
Booked a two week stay at storrie lake after coming from Ute Lake. We have a 34’ RV. It was incredibly difficult getting in, and then when we got to the campsite the spots were also tight. Not a big deal since it was just us and one other person but I can’t imagine if it was full.
We booked under the impression there was electric and water at our site, and showers and toilets on the campground (we don’t poop or shower In our rv lol).
The toilets are outhouses (for reference, Ute lake has a heated/cooled bath house and are only at one side of the RV campgrounds.
The showers are behind a fence that was locked with a key with no indication if it was temporary.
Our arrival date was on a Sunday and the other camper here informed us if you leave after 5pm the gate is locked and you can’t get back in. We’ve stayed other places that locked the gate but there was a way for you to enter a code so you could get back in. That’s not an option here. I guess you could walk in but there is no parking outside of the campsite so not sure where you’d park and then walk in. There was no indication of this in the booking email I received.
