Must have hit them on a bad day.
Made a reservation the day before by phone, was given a site number and told we could possibly change sites when we arrived. Arrived and saw a sign on the office door stating the staff was out working in the park. We left our vehicles at the office and walked out in the campground to locate our site. Decided we would park in a shaded lot and see if it was reserved. Owner scolded us repeatedly for not stopping at the office and “picking our own site”. Told her we had reservations and had given credit card info the day before. This didn’t phase her so we left. Very poor customer service.
