We stayed in a “deluxe” pull-through site for two nights. Friendly staff, they help you park from the gate with a golf cart, super clean facility. Multiple dog areas, including a large, multi-run area.
We spend one night in this RV PARK With our Campervan
It was nice to enjoy the pool
We felt secure 20min with Uber to the Strip
The crew was nice!
5 Stars!! Wonderful staff, Full hook ups, Pool, Hot Tub, Laundry, Club house. All Very clean. Security at gate to make you feel secure while in Las Vegas. We had our E-bike stolen while parked on Strip in oversized lot. So we parked at the Las Vegas RV park for the week and Uber to the hotel for convention.
I booked a month at the “resort” not knowing that I’d have to listen to gunshots every night and police helicopters flying overhead. If that’s not enough to scare you away, there’s an airplane flying overhead every 15 seconds. This place is not in the best part of town. I was charged $800 rent + $150 for electricity to be crammed in like a sardine only 10 feet from my neighbors. I’m counting the days until I can leave. I’m still trying to figure out what is so resort about this place.
We were denied stay due to our campervan not having a separate gray and black tank. Our van is a 2023 $150k campervan but after discovering we did not have a black tank we were sent packing. They claimed it was against town ordinance but other campground said the ordinance is only against tents. I am thankful that this was not a late check in for us and we were able to find another spot.
There is everything fine at the campground, the price is worth it.
The park is very quiet and tranquil for those looking for a little solice and rest during their vegas vacation. The staff are very friendly and approachable , often full timers. We were able to get all our mail needs done here , packages and letters. Security was very efficient as well , they are on golf carts and will even escort you to your site when you first arrive. Overall I'd say it's worth the Lil extra trip of from the strip to have a walkable clean park with friendly faces and reasonable prices (good sam makes this park a real deal !) Laundry facilities are very clean and maintained , bring your quarters folks ! If ya need change the guard house can break you some quarters. Air is very clean for the area, with the park itself being a excellent place to have a walkabout. It's a short drive away from good eateries and they allow Uber eats ! Sam's town is nearby , which has bowling and a full sized and very modern cinema facility. Overall to those coming to Vegas, I'd recommend this little haven.
Read some reviews about this place being in a bad area but I don’t think it’s bad at all. I don’t see any rough looking people or garbage etc. it’s a 25min Uber to the strip and has 24 hour security so we felt good staying here. Wasn’t a fan of our site though since it was in the middle of a high traffic area and weirdly shaped.
We normally stay at Oasis, but couldn't get in and found this park. It's like half the price of Oasis and much better run. The people who work here all live here, so they take pride in the park, unlike Oasis which is not well maintained at all. This is an adult only park in a terrible part of town, but it's safe here because they have great 24 hour security. s
This RV Park is packed, but they've utilized the space thoughtfully. It was so organized, safe(24/7 security), the rounds were well taken care of and an enjoyable experience. We've been traveling for 19 months all over the country and they have the cleanest and cheapest onsite laundry room we've experienced. They have a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, arrows around the park that weave you through the park totally a 1 mile distance. Everything is asphalt. Walkable to Sam's Town Casino. It is a drive to the strip and not in the nicest area outside the RV park gates, but it was a great spot for our stay. Wifi was fast and AT&T service was good. We would stay here again.
We’re very happy with this place. Although the campsites are on blacktop, there are beautiful tall palm trees planted almost at every site. Some sites are a bit roomier than others. Our site was a bit tighter. But still ok. The pool and spa area is clean and updated. Off the pool area is an extremely nice lounge with recliners, a big TV and tables giving the feel of an upscale apartment complex lounge. They seem to cater to people with dogs because there is an area with three large fenced in areas to play with a fourth area as a long run. These areas are cleaned and maintained daily. There are trees planted there for shade, a bench to sit at, and fresh water and clean dog bowl for thirsty pups. There are many super friendly people coming and going with their dogs. Although we don’t like the soaring temperatures of Las Vegas, we are happy we found this park.
Got an easy approval to be an extended stay guest. Every member of the staff is friendly. All of the facilities were very well maintained and clean.

Not family friendly at all!! You must be 18 or older to come here so it’s cool for people without kids or families. I gave it two stars because honestly it was a nightmare to get in and out once you went down a street. They have a smaller trailer area that’s in the front and no privacy but does offer cool little parking spots. Not much room in between the spots but they do have tables, dog relief areas and trash cans throughout the park. The pool has a little tropical theme and the park has lots of palm trees overall alright if you don’t have families but I mean not my jam…
Here are my star ratings based on my lifestyle and what I like. I'm also a mother, dog mama, and a wife so it's not just me it's my crew and i. 1 star- AUTOMATIC relocate… the property is no longer there, trashed or/and I could never have my children there and I wouldn't ever think about staying no matter what. 2 star- Not really my jam, and would NEVER go to again… It probably more of desert life and not really my style for sure…Being from Vegas I can't stand being in the desert and I love the Trees and the Green more than anything. 3 star- Would stay there again in a pinch, but not really my style, the reason its not is because not enough family things to do, the scenery, or the location… but I would go again and feel safe having my kiddos here but only if I needed to in a pinch. 4 star- a really good rating for sure, maybe needed some improvements, minor things like being on top of each other, not a lot of privacy, but honestly little cosmetic things that aren't anything to sweat and would be back again for sure. 5 star- MY FAVORITE… love the location, safety, the surroundings, big camp spots available to fit toys for my kids to play, hammocks to hang, our big family tent, cases of firewood, our suburban or RV, etcccccc….. I would not only come back but would live if I could!!! Anyway thanks for reading and enjoy every moment like it's your last! CHEERS!
Needs new management and people are so nosey around this place. The park is clean for the most part. No place to walk dogs except in the dog run. Hotter during summer because the place has no shade or grass, all cement.
Vegas to San Fran
Very large Resort with a lot of level lots pull thru and back ins. All have power, water, and sewage. It’s so large you can get lost in it .. they even have a guy that comes in to wash your RV for a reasonable fee. Does a great job too.
We really enjoyed our overnight stay here. The resort is gated with a person at the gate 24/7. The restrooms were very clean and the swimming pool was not crowded at all.The Las Vegas RV Resort is approximately 4 miles from the strip but Samstown Casino is within walking distance where you can catch the free shuttle to Harrah's Casino on the strip.
