Aggravated
We was planning to stay there last week on our trip across Midwest. We called to ask some questions on bears etc cause we are tent camping . When we call the gentleman said that they are still remodeling their shower houses and to my surprise!!! I just booked this 2 weeks ago and would have not if knew there was no showers! So I’m like we need showers we are camping for 3 days. He offered to upgrade us to cabins but at OUR EXPENSE... really!!!! I’m not the one who screwed up not telling someone.. so I canceled my order and their policy is a 60 days notice.. again I did this 2 weeks ago and again he did not tell me about the repairs going on .. so he charged me $50.50 handling fee for canceling so I’m very very disappointed and would never recommend or ever go there myself... I’m a business owner and rules are good but common sense is better if it’s my fault you make it “Right”!!!
