Bitterroot NF Dispersed off FS 729

Description

West Fork Camp Creek's sound drifts up from below FS 729, which cuts through the mountain corridor near Gibbons Pass in the Bitterroot National Forest and hosts this roadside dispersed area. Pull-offs are informal and unlevel in places, but low-clearance rigs have made it work on the flat spots. The proximity to Lost Trail Hot Springs makes it a natural overnight stop in this stretch of the Bitterroot-Salmon divide.
