This was our first camping trip of the 2021 fall season and first visit to Interstate State Park. We booked far in advance and were able to secure a river view site (Spot 30 in the North Campground). Our spot was spacious and had a great view.

Despite the campground being pretty full it was actually very quiet, even in the evenings.

Spot 30 is near the restrooms and water source (fully flush toilets for the win!) There are showers here but they happened to be closed during our stay.

There’s nearby access to the Ice Age Trail, with incredible hiking and views of the St Croix. All in all, we had a great time and definitely will be visiting again soon.
