Typical COE great job. Spacious, with mature trees. Pretty level sites, but will still need blocks. Some, on the water full sun & others partial shade. Off the water are even full shade. Not very big rig friendly, but some did make it, but only on a few sites. ATT & Verizon both very strong signals. Only a 26 site park & only sites in the 20's are away from the water. Very hard to get reservations & when you can sites are limited. Locals book wasy in advance.
