GEODES! Loved this campground (hikers/backpackers)

We had a really awesome night here. The ground is level and all grass with less bugs than sites directly off trail. We just have a simple backpacking tent set-up and we had a great campfire. It was silent and of the dozens of lots, only maybe 5 were being used.

We hiked the Grubb Ridge Loop and then camped here. If you go over to the maps, there is a trail you that splits off. Follow the hiking trail and when you get to the creek bed, you can find hundreds of geodes!! You’re allowed to take a couple home but just don’t take too many!
