The back fence is right next to the train tracks and the trains are very active sometimes blowing through every half hour all hours of the night. There are many full time residents here. The sites are very close and nearly touch each other back to back. There’s grass and palm trees throughout the park and plenty of bright street lights. Lots of shopping and restaurant choices nearby. We visited a few of the state parks in the area and Zephyrhills has a nice city park in town for walking and enjoying the many birds around the water. The RV park has a workout room, pool and laundry facilities.
