We stayed a couple days at Kelly Park to take a little tube ride down Rock Springs. The bathrooms and showers looked very new and very clean. The sites were not very private but had plenty of bear proof trash cans nearby, level grade, and picnic tables were on a concrete pad. The only major downside was that it was tussock moth caterpillar season. These are the ones that cause allergic reactions, and they were everywhere. Like falling from the sky everywhere. 😂
