FHU, gravel site. The sites Very close together and guests pull in all around your site and park their boats, cars, trucks, golf carts. Luckily, we only stayed a weekend. Lots of full time residents. The dog park is big, Pool house, jacuzzi and pool are large and clean. There were activities planned for the kids which was fun! There are tennis courts, which we didn’t use. The playground has many different play areas and was tidy. There are lots of area attractions and a beach with a designated swimming area at the end of the road. If we had come off season, it would have been great. The swing and pond, behind our RV, was a nice touch for our puppy and granddaughter.
Stayed on a canal site. Enjoyed view with boat docks . Very nice staff. Nice pool area. Wish they had tennis along with pickle ball. Several nice parks within 10 miles from resort . Would return for another stay.
Only issue I had with this campground was the children driving around on golf carts all night. Excellent place to stay! They even have a boat ramp!
Mixture of visitors, snow birds and full timers, all were friendly. Cell service and Wi-Fi is not the best, $3 a day for Wi-Fi. Gold shores beach a short drive from the site.
We had a great time during our visit. The resort is very relaxing. We had a spot on the lake which was very nice. The staff is super nice. When we arrived someone was parked in our spot but they were not around. The staff quickly found us a new spot for the weekend , even next to our friends.
My only complaint about this place would be that the majority of people live there full time. They are not super welcoming to visitors.
The resort was very nice. We had an Elite canal site which was awesome. There was flooding on other side of campground twice in the mo. We were there. Staff very accommodating. Verizon service was poor. Had to get an ATT Nighthawk to hotspot from in order to work
Very nice rv park. Nicely maintained and ideally located. Cell signal is a bit weak and their wifi is crap, but no negatives other than that.
The temp was in the 70' along Crystal River, we had a corner shaded site, lots of room due to bring on a corner. The bath and showers were the cleanest I have ever been in. All new. The people everywhere we do friendly, just a perfect 4 day stay!
This is a wonderful campground with plenty of things for the kids to do and the parents can relax.
This is a pleasant RV park close to the Crystal River where Manatees can be seen and enjoyed.
The no see um bugs can be overwhelming though! A great park overall though.
The place is great, full hookups, bathrooms, showers, pool, hottub, tennis, lots of kids stuff.
It seems like most campers live here full time.
There was a group of obnoxiously loud campers in the hottub drinking and smoking in it with music blaring across the campground... Kinda ruined the nature experience more than the rain did :) We paid 60.
The sites have fire pits and tables.
This is actually more of a resort than a campground...... pool, hottub, perfect bathrooms and laundry room. A small channel that runs to the crystal river.... AMAZING BEACH just a few miles away. Little outdoor food truck right down the road with the most amazing shrimp tacos ever!!!! Really can't ask for more. Just under $90 a night
Very clean and spacious sites. Dog friendly and golf carts are allowed. Friendly staff. Pontoon boat rentals. Close to Three Sisters Springs where you can kayak with the Manatees.
We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We stayed in space 3. We loved the concrete pad. Made it very easy to set up one night. The park was quiet and the office staff was very friendly. I’m not a fan of campgrounds with long time or permanent sites but this place was nice. Everyone was friendly. Will go back!
Had more things to do outside of park. Beach is 5miles down the road. Good fishing areas and boat rentals outside park.
We arrived and got our site packet. However when we got to our site someone else was already parked there. We couldn’t get hold of management so had to race back to the office as they were closing and they gave us a new site which was a bit smaller with no concrete pad. Never mind. Facilities were great. Pool was amazing as was the playground. Would stay again.
Site was flooded when we arrived and had to be moved. Lots of noise from fellow campers after hours. Very overpriced for what you get.
Excellent park, great attractions nearby!
We have tried to come here each year. It is a larger park, with many residents or longer term or leave the rig weekenders. On the weekends this park is a lot of fun with the boaters and weekenders. This park likes to party!
The park is very tropical, lush, and landscaping is really pretty. They have a great pool, hot tub, clubhouse area.
Some RV sites are a challenge to get into, some are larger. They prioritize based on the size of your rig mostly.
They have some spots near the canal or on the water and many that are not.
Cell signals: T-Mobile was great, AT&T was decent.
They have: 1 Pool 1 Hot Tub Club House Mail Room A small pond Alligators Basketball Kids play area I’ve Cream Stand Food trucks sometimes Volleyball Canal Shower House Laundry Boat Slips Boat Ramp
Nearby to Crystal River, FL. Nearby there is an awesome rock beach, Manatees, and a walking path through wetlands. There is a fun downtown area and historical area. Lots of great restaurants in town and local bars and fisheries.
Do not waste your time or money at this park. We arrived close to closing time for the office. We were assigned a lot for our rv. When we arrived at the lot and parked, we discovered someone had melted the 30 amp connection, so no power. The office was closed, so we had to call the emergency number. While the maintenance guy was very nice, it took him 3.5 hours to get the entire panel replaced while we sat in the sweltering heat with my 82 year old mother. At checkout, we told them what happened and they just said ok and could not have cared less. Find another place to spend your money!
The showers here were very nice, the staff helped out a lot, let us check in early, there were a lot of old creepy men however... we run into this problem a lot being girls. They don’t leave us alone. Which is why we went to Disney.
We decided last minute to do some camping and they were very nice in the office. There are showers, bathrooms, tent camping, rv camping, canoe launching, and even a pool. Also if you keep going down the main road you will find a little beach and park. The only thing I could suggest is that they do not place the tent campers right in the middle of the rv's. It was hard to get used to our tent camping and hearing the a/c's and tv playing Every Body Loves Raymond.
