Crystal Isles

Only issue I had with this campground was the children driving around on golf carts all night. Excellent place to stay! They even have a boat ramp!

Little Charlie Creek

The campsite was nice. The dog park was nice. The pool was nice but had ALOT of frogs that didn’t make it… I was told there was a turtle found once so look before you enter, they do clean it very often though! Very close to Walmart! I even had a package delivered here!

Lakeside North

We stayed here August-January. I did enjoyed staying here, however, I took 2 stars for the fact that we could BARELY get our camper in and out of the waterfront site (had to use some machine they luckily had because it was impossible with a vehicle) and an additional star for the fact that we had to ask for a month for them to trim the tree (that was scratching the roof of the camper, had purple berries that stained the camper, and were extremely loud falling on the roof constantly, and had 200 birds in it that were LOUD). Parking is also a NIGHTMARE, we were told we had a “parking space” right in front of our camper, and we did, until a person came back from up north and we had to park 3 campsites away. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly! I would stay here again if I could get a waterfront site on the end but I believe they are purchased year round. You are on the canals around Lake Okeechobee! The fishing is nice!

Hart Springs

The ONLY issue I had with this campground is the fact that there was hardly any cell service and the WiFi did not work well. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly! You can text anytime to purchase firewood or ice and they will bring it to you! We booked for a month and we ended up only staying for a week and a few days and they were extremely kind letting me know who I had to speak to in order to get a refund. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if your husband is ok with playing his PlayStation offline😂

Little Willies

Only reason I took off 2 stars is due to 2 VERY BIG inconveniences. 1st the ground is EXTREMELY uneven so we had to purchase more wheel blocks (not a huge deal the Walmart is only 10 minutes away), however, when we tried to put the wheels on the blocks they completely sank into the EXTREMELY soft ground, I’m from FL I know there’s certain times a year that the ground get extra soft but if this were my campsite I’d either not use the soft sites when I know they’re soft or at least let the camper know. 2nd we were never told how to use the laundry room, you have to purchase a card for $5 from a machine hidden behind the door (it is a “contactless payment” card and the machine that you have to purchase from does not accept contactless payments) and load either $10 or $20 at a time to use for laundry.
