Overall, great RV park.

The negatives:

Spaces are a bit tight—with sewer running into your neighbors sites. Sewer is placed poorly (uphill and far away from sewer tanks) with water and sewer lines running over each other.

Only one shower house, a bit uphill and far from sites. Only cold to mildly warm water in the women’s shower (which is too cold in CO.)

Location is minutes from the Rockies, with many views of peaks. Lots of wildlife close by—it will be surprising if you don’t see elk staying here.

Staff really communicative, friendly and helpful.

WiFi was pretty consistent

Despite cold shower water, bathrooms are very nice.

Utilized laundry (office has quarters, if needed.) and it worked well.

Overall, a great stay—I would highly recommend. We decided the day we were supposed to leave that we wanted to extend our stay and the office was really gracious and helpful.
