Along the FSR on either side of the campground there are several dispersed options. These are great if you want to feel a bit more primitive. We found one spot just north of the lake that was really great. It required crossing part of the lake to get to. It also set us up well to do tincup pass the next morning. High clearance and 4wd recommended. Beautiful and cool in June. We got a good bit of freezing rain.
