Somewhat crowded even for a hot July day. The campsites were fairly empty but the recreational boaters, swimmers, etc. made for slow going into and around the park.

Sites easy to get into and have graveled tent pads. Bring solid stakes and a hammer if guying anything.

Great views from the sites or with only a short walk. Highway noise was present but not terrible.

Very conveniently located to go grab something to eat, shop, etc.
