Nice place, clean and quiet

The bathrooms are meticulously fussed over, laundry is clean, people are nice. 5 is a bit noisy but you get over that, reasonably priced.

Nice park, unprofessional staff

While the park itself is beautiful and well-maintained, I unfortunately cannot say the same about the management. A member of the office staff violated my privacy by intentionally sharing my personal information with another resident. This reckless and inappropriate behavior led to serious conflict in my life, and is a blatant violation of my civil rights. I am in the process of contacting the realty company listed as the owner/operator to formally address this issue. It is deeply concerning that someone in her position would show such disregard for confidentiality and professionalism. This individual should not be in a role that involves handling sensitive information—she has proven to be untrustworthy and lacking in integrity. Shame on her for abusing her position. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Nice place to stay

We just spent two nights here.

The park is quiet and the people are friendly. There are good river views and we even saw a deer.

It’s a little pricey but not a bad option.

Shady tree canapy

We stayed there long term after Paradise Camp Fire. Many spaces had their own private grassy areas, which management took care of. We had pottd plants and yrd art and potted veggies. .y site didn't have a cemented space but there was an old picnic table and it was small gravel so easy to get trailer leveled. Allowed to put up a dog containment fence, outdoor screened room on the awning and a small storage shed. We also started a community veggie garden where residents could plot their own veggies. Many spaces are spacious and ours backed up into a wooded area. Our neutered cat loved to roam the woods at night. Pool is refreshing but there are a lot of kiddos, so don't expect quiet "no splashing" moments unless it's a dinner time. Bathroom/showers/pool area are clean, grounds are green and colorful with flowers, there's a club house used for parties and management puts on Christmas and Halloween events. There's a newly built sunshaded playground for the kids, ultimate course on grounds and a small boat ramp nearby to Sac River for fishing access. I wouldn't launch my kayaks or paddleboards due to under currents, but that's just me. I prefer Whiskeytown and Shasta Lake for kayaking/paddle boarding. Overall, I had a wonderful year staying there. Rules aren't so rigid that it makes it uncomfortable. Basic common sense and common RV etticate are expected, like picking up after your pooch, don't let you barker bark too long without duct taping (just kidding) doing something about it, keep area clean and not junked out and just chill out.

Dry Camping now allowed- unknown until arrival

No rules established online or in documents about dry camping not being allowed. However, after I arrived to an empty office, my info packet said in bold lettering that dry camping wasn’t allowed. So I left and had to find a new campsite for the night. (Sycamore Grove Campground is nearby for any dry campers)

great spot

we were traveling from the Fresno area to the Redding area.  We stopped here well after they had closed.  The late night check in was easy.  The map they provided to pick out a spot was easy to read, the instruction were clear and concise.  We were able to find a nice spot and set up for the night.  We got up and had our breakfast at the provided picnic table.  The spot was very comfortable, clean and just what we needed.  The other amenities are really nice.  We look forward to staying here again.

Would stay again.

Traveling south and stayed one night. Easy to make a reservation, pool and exercise room, clean and updated bathrooms. Biggest downfall is the freeway is close by and it is therefore a little noisy.

Nice stopover park on the way to Santa Cruz

They have a pool.  Pull through spots.   Have residence park owners.   They were courteous and left lights on while I set up my motorhome for the night.  It is by the freeway and there is noise but not too bad.  Good transit park to rest the night. Would stay there again.
